The sliders are welded to the seat brackets in a couple of spots.

One side, I think it's teh side with the seatbelt latch, is just two bolts and one weld. The other side is 3 welds and 2 bolts.

The welds are a pain, but if you look for them they are easy to cut with a cutoff wheel and a vise to hold them.

I used the stock rails for a Sparco seat in a car I did, and they work great, but you really can't make them look right if you're going for show. The Sparco brackets are exposed, and so are the new bolt heads...

Just look for the welds! They're there!

Oh, and it helps to take the seat back off. The big bolt on the seat hinge on either side comes out, and there is one about 6 inches up under the fabric on either side.

Easier to work with just the seat bottom than the whole seat.

thanks for the help, how about just the sliders, i put GSR Seats in my car, but for some reason the drivers/passengers Inner sliders are off-position, so i just wanted to swap the slider part, not the actual whole unit, since it seems too hard

you trying to just get the bracets off the slider? what i did was first take them off ur seat (duh) then examine them for where u see the rivits stoping the slider from coming out, i grided the heads off then just poped them out, Then next i put the slider/bracet into a vice and just wacked it a good few times til i poped off, the rollers will go flying out, you have to "hit" the sliders off the bracets because there are "bumps" on the bracets to stop the slider from coming off, ill look for mine and try to take some pics so it will be easier, if thats even what u want

you do not have to cut or grind anything to remove the sliders!!!!! there should be 2 10mm bolts holding the sliders to the seat. you actually have the move the slider like you are adjusting the seat to see the other 10mm. i have done this 4 times already, i wish i had a digi so i could show you but i dont... pm me if you need help
