Help... 99 Honda accord won't start
So having issues with my 99 Honda accord not starting. I have a brand new battery and I have tested it to make sure. I'm losing power the moment i turn the key. Everything goes off and the interior lights are dim. The power will return after a minute. I have checked the positive battery cable and no corrosion. I have replaced the ground battery cable. What could be causing this? Any help is much appreciated. ED

sounds like the ignition switch is bad
