1994 Honda Accord EX
My issue is the car wont start. New battery and starter. No clicking noises. I can push start the car and it starts. Never shuts off while driving the car. I pulled the mail fuse under the dash and then hooked it back up and bingo it starts right up. i shut the car off and then it wont start again til i remove it and re hook it up. Any ideas the problem? Thanks for any ideas.
Starter isn't the problem. When i pull the main relay then reinstall the car starts right up. shut it off try to restart and it wont. pull the relay and reinstall and it starts right up again.
When i say it doesnt start i mean the engine doesnt turn over. i have good spark and fuel pressure from just before this issue. so i know thats not a issue. when i turn the key i get all the lights and everything. just doesnt start til i take the main relay out and reinstall.
then start with replacing the main relay, sounds like the solder points might be worn and when you take it out and put it back it cools enough to get it to work
or you could redo the contacts yourself
