2nd gen zc dohc timing and valve adjustmemt
Have a 91 crx hf with zc swap. I think the timing might be off by a tooth or so and need the proper spects for a valve adjustment. Lost most power and might even have an electrical problem after i let a shop check the valves. The did something to make my fan work better and not my rpm guage jumps up and down when i use electrical suck as the blinkers or lights or radio. Any idea what this shop messed up. Cause i know my engine is very hard to find proper specs and know how to fix or adjust.

DOHC ZC Valve Lash
Intake ---- 0.13 - 0.17 mm or 0.005 - 0.007 in.
Exhaust - 0.15 - 0.19 mm or 0.006 - 0.008 in.
Valve lash is measured between the top of the rocker arm and the camshaft lobe
