Not sure if it's what you are looking for, but there is a large monthly car "show" the first Sunday of every month at the Perimeter Mall.
It's actually part of a TV Show called Caffeine and Octane. I went this month for the first time and it was pretty cool. Lots of variety in the cars they have in their show area, and plenty of car guys show up just to show off their rides. Free entrance.
Idk, maybe this is something people don't like because it's mainstream or something, but I had a good time.

The next one is actually this coming Sunday, the 7th. 8-11AM at the Perimeter Mall. Just follow the nice cars as you get to the mall, it’s a huge chunk of the parking lot, on the Cheesecake Factory side.
