Default 95-01 CRV Axle too short?!?! Deeper frame or suspension issues?!?

Fixing up a 1997 Honda CRV from Canada (shaking while accelerating only). Done my share of axle swaps but can't figure out for the life of my why this front passenger side axle is so short. I called every place in town, they confirmed I have the right one and the length is 25 1/4. The old axle i pulled out measures 27 inches but that might be because its old and worn out. I installed the new one and i knew right away it was super short. I had to pull on it and extend it to even get the bolt on (picture below). Did some research and can't seem to find a B series axle longer than 25 1/4...Anybody know of a model with a longer one by chance?

But the question still stands, why was the right one too short?
I know the previous owners liked to romp this **** in the desert. I noticed the front lower control arm on this same side has been swapped out with a junk yard one along with the upper control arm being replaced. I had to replace the inner and outer tie rod. Seems like the strut and spring were replaced with a junkyard one too so something definitely got beat up on this side.

I measured both lower control arms and they are the same length (thinking it might have been replaced with the wrong one)
I replaced all of the motor mounts except the drivers side and they all lined up perfectly. The motor does not seem like it is sitting more to the drivers side...
I just can't figure out why the geometry is off on this side, do you guys recommend checking anything or just buying a longer axle if there is such a thing? Thanks for the help!

I did not...looking back I really think the knuckle was jacked up and needed to be replaced. That was the only thing that was left....

Has it ever been in an accident? Looked like mine was. If so I'd just get over to the junkyard and grab everything like Upper and lower control arm, knuckle, axle and maybe the suspension on one that looks good in the front ya know

Is it AWD? I had a similar issue under acceleration around 2-3k rpm. Removed the propellar shaft and no more shakes. I found the front u-joint in the prop shaft was binding a lot. Still debating whether to reinstall with aftermarket but it drives fine without it.
