Howdy, My 2014 Honda Ridgeline with 25,500 miles is making a whining noise. It seems to be coming from the power steering pump. I had the dealer replace the pump twice along with the idler pulley. I also replaced both P.S. inlet O-rings, P.S. fluid reservoir & cap, the return rubber hose to the reservoir and flushed and replaced the P.S. fluid twice and I'm still hearing the whine at idle and it gets louder as I turn the steering wheel.
