depends on the motor, usually a very strong bolt (tranny bolt), or mount bolt that you can wrap the chain around.

I have seen you make a lot of posts that make no sense or you have no clue what you are talking about. If you dont know the answer, dont post!

As for attaching the harness, use a tranny bolt on the front of the tranny and a 14mm bolt on the timing belt side on the backside of the head.

wtf?

What I posted makes perfect sense, who does it NOT make sense to. Especially since I said the EXACT same thing as you; only you were being more specific when the dude was lookin for 'ideas' on where to mount the cherry picker chain.

make sure you have ground to stand on before you stand your ground

I am not trying to turn this into a flame contest. But for example...

"what are the best places to attached the motor lift to the motor so its balanced out the most?"
Your answer...
"depends on the motor, usually a very strong bolt (tranny bolt), or mount bolt that you can wrap the chain around."

And this one...
"which throttle cable and heater hoses? 2000 B16a2 into a 96 civic."
You said...
"You can use the stock throttle cable, just need to mount the bracket on the intake manifold to hold it in place."

What is that? Of course the throttle cable bracket mounts to the intake manifold. Give people the correct answers. The correct answer would be to use the si throttle cable. Not to rig some fucked up way to make it work.

I am not trying to be an ***, but he wanted to know where not what to use. Using the tranny bolt as you mentioned was right, but he has no idea where to put it. A lot of people who post here are still learning. So you shouldnt ***-u-me they know everything.

It's called common sense man. The stock civic one WILL work, and is not 'ghetto' and 'fucked up way'. He could also use the Si throttle cable.

I don't want to start arguing on what can or can't be used or turn it into a flame war either.

I admit the above post was a little 'broad' and not specifying more clearly on what bolts, that is why I said "depends on what motor", and I said where people 'usually' put the bolts. Any bolt that is strong enough will work. What you were saying was correct and more specific, but you also assumed he was installing some B series motor which you probably did on your car, which was your mistake.

I don't want to shut you down man, nor do I want to have disagreements over BS. But i know what I am talking about, and sounds very well that you do as well.
I don't just 'talk out of my ***' to help people, otherwise i won't post, it's common sense.

Congrats....you're now a bad ***

Do you have some infatuation with ******s? Are you one yourself? You look like a dumbass posting all this nonsense.

You should take the time to remove those mods from your signature because it makes you and your car look stupid as ****.
