buying used tein HA's off osaka?
What do you guys think about buying used Tein Ha's off Osaka motors? Will they just bolt on to a UDSM 92+ civic?
ahh, i know ive read about the HA's, but i forget.. are they adjustable height wise? Are they the kind that get rusty if you dont spray them with WD40?

hmmmmm....i have not seen the pix myself but you will need to get ITR lower control arms for the rear so you can use the Tein suspension...
They are height adjustable and have a 16 way damper control. My HA's have a little bit of rust on them, but I am not worried about it since it is the bottom of my car and they still do their job. Just a side note, the 92-95 and 96-00 civics do not use the same dampers.

Why would you want to spend the money on blinging dampers and not buy itr lca's and use the rear itr sway bar? 92-95 eg's use dc2r dampers. 96-00 civics use ek9 dampers.

Yeah, but you don't need itr lcas, correct? I thought you just had to trim a bit of the bushing off the lcas...

Well if you look at the ones pictured, they WONT work on EG LCA's. You will need Type R LCAs for those.
If you get the HA's for an EK, then you need to shave the bushing down, since the EK uses a narrower bushing.
