Default remote start immobilizer

Just got a Viper 1-way remote start kit for my 05 Accord i4.

What bypass module is recommended to get around the immobilizer? Are they all basically universal? It seems they are only sold separately and not dependent on the type of remote starter?

Since you got a Viper alarm, I would use a DBALL2 or a DB3. That way you can use the D2D wire between the Viper brain and the immobilizer bypass module. You can also use a Fortin EVO-ALL or a iDatalink ADS-ALCA, but that would require alot more wiring; why do the extra work?
