First off, you have the wrong part number. It's 37820-p73-a02, not 37821... Secondly, here ya go:

It was a typo on the ecu serial.
Item is discontinued and no long available from those links you provided. Autoecmstore refurbish core ecu and don't have them on hand. EL2 has the wrong ecu (A03) and not the one I need.
