I am in desperate need of legal advice. I've been waiting for 3 months on my intercooler and the guy that I ordered it from is nowhere to be found. He's changed his number countless times and now I found out he's moving to Wisconsin, supposedly to take care of a sick daughter that I never knew he had even though I've known him for 3 years. What would my best road of action be?
I have his address and I could drop him a visit if I wanted to but he's a big ****. lol. I have a receipt showing that he took my money, should I turn him into the cops? I paid cash so I can't goto the credit card company.
I'm so angry. Every time I talked to him all he'd tell me is that they were backordered and there was nothing he could do but wait. Now I can't get ahold of him and the last number he gave me is some chinese lady that doesn't know anyone named Corey. Please help me!?

this is an easy one
just head to your county court house and file suit

make sue you take with all documentation

even timelines of dates of events and calls etc...

 

skip the cops and go straight to court.

i gave some dude a $1000 for a motor that i never got and then i went to court and filed a small claims suit. when i went to court the dude showed up with my money and i told the judge we settled out of court.
