It seems like I only get between 30-50 miles on my tires. I have bought Michelin Defenders, Contential, and Firestone.
All of the tire dealers say AWD Hondas go through tires quickly...

Has anyone else has the same issue?

If you mean 30 to 50 thousand miles that seems to be about right.

 

What year is your CR-V? I've got a 2001 and am rounding the corner on 80k miles on my Yokohama Avid Ascends! I commute 60 miles a day so finding a long-wear set of tires was important to me. Mich. Defenders are supposed to be long wear but many of the reviews on Tire Rack report disappointing wear rates. I don't know what models of Firestone or Conti's you're referring to.
