I can't seem to wrap my head around this right now. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
I want to remove the P/S cooler and replace the stock reservoir with an aluminum one. All the tanks I find have only two ports on them though. After I remove the cooler how do I route the lines to a reservoir with only 2 ports?
Pretend the reservoir in the diagram only has 2 ports, the larger one will of course go to the pump (green line).
What do you do with the 2 lines I pointed out in yellow? Merged them into one and feed into the 2nd port on the reservoir?
thanks but I guess I should have stated this as..why are do all the resovoirs online only have two ports? I'd eliminate an unnessacary line if I don't need it
I don't know what your confused about man, made this just for you!
Resivoirs have 3 ports actually! Outlet and Inlet but theres also one on top, I think its for putting fluid in it lol
As you probably know, coolers go inline

preludes actually have 2 return lines. one goes directly to reservoir, and one goes to the cooler and then to the reservoir. just fyi
