Default B16a2 intake manifold question

So I had a question I put my b16a2 swap in my EK hatch and there's a port open on the intake manifold where the cruise control hose goes but since I don't have cruise control my question is can I cover it and close it off or do I puts a hose on it leading somewhere. When it's open it idles high and when I cover it it idles normal. And info would help thanks.

If you don't have cruise control then just cap it. You can get a multi pack of vacuum caps from most auto parts stores. Leaving that open is just causing a small vacuum leak which is causing your higher idle and letting unfiltered air in.
