whats needed for a b16 head onto a b18 block

Hey guys, new here
just wondering what is needed to put a b16a head on a b18b block? or what would happen if i put b18c cams and ecu into a b18b?

you could find that info out very easily by searching google for how to ls/vtec or b20/vtec

or what would happen if i put b18c cams and ecu into a b18b?
