ED4 brakes question

Default ED4 brakes question

Hi i have a ED4 with 242mm front brakes but i what to fit 262mm and drums in the rear but i want to fit discs what do i need?

take all the brake parts, knuckles and trailing arms from a DA integra. dont forget the 4040 prop valve.

theres other combinations available, but thats generally what people use.

you can use EG/DC trailing arms but EG/DC knuckles dont work.

the ed4 has the spindles you need to accept larger rotors so you are in good shape with the front. take a look at the search tool , try the advanced feature you can find stuff if you search. here is a good write up on rear disk conversion. this one i found real quickly searching.

another one. -search tool in tool bar- advanced search- keyword- forum specific.. people get upset when you don't search. theres plenty more in there i believe. have fun!

Just have one question my calipers are 16CL13VN what calipers can i fit?
In portugal is a bit dificult finding DA´s.

those are 90-91 CRX Si calipers. (why would your sedan have these calipers?)

you cant fit any larger calipers without doing something like fastbrakes aftermarket kit. you have to change the knuckle.
