Default Best way to get to main relay connector wires on 6th gen accord

I have a finicky wire on the connector going to the main relay that interfaces with the starter signal. There must be a slight break in the wire as sometimes it wont start, but if I move the wires around it will start. Is there an easier way to get to these wires than removing the full dash (they seem to be located behind dash portion behind the gauge cluster( can't get to to it just by removing the gauge cluster). Also, tried removing teh driver's side vent but still no access. Trying to get to these wires under the dash seems very difficult as there isn't any space.

Just thought I would ask before I tear the dash off as that seems like a PITA.

Thanks.
