Default Starter signal fuse blowing?

00 accord ex

Dealing with a no crank no start issue.
-Battery reads at full charge
-starter bench tested came bak as good

Heres the tricky thing, I replaced the starter signal fuse (7.5 amp) fuse and the car started right up, however, I shut the car off and when turning the key again, Im right back to a no crank no start. Replace the fuse again, now I get 2 starts then no crank no start. I looked at the wire diagram and i have investigated upstream (the 50a and 100a fuse in the underhood fuse box, and the ignition switch). Everything checked out in terms of continuity. The only thing I hadn't checked stream is the starter cut relay. Im at a loss. In the diagram, it shows a blue/org swire that goes to the pcm and a main relay. Im not sure how I would check that wire though to see if its grounding out.

Heres a picture of the starter circuit diagram.

Spoke to a honda tech and they thought that the starter could be getting hot and frying the fuse?. They thought it was the starter or the wiring between the starter. I don't want to replace the starter on a hunch. I would like to verify what the hecks going on.

is the fuse actually blowing or are you under the impression, even with the fuse not blowing, that somehow the fuse is bad and it is allowing the car to start when you replace it ?

I checked continuity on the fuse and it was bad. I noticed that whoever had the car before me replaced the PGM FI main relay. But instead of unclipping the old one, they just plugged the new one in and left it dangling. When I hold the relay and push it towards the front of the car it starts right up. That blue/org wire is a part of that set of wires. Now Im trying to determine if there is a short in the blu/org wire, if it is grounding, or is it making connection when it is dangling.

I can actually move the relay that is hanging and it wont start, then move it and it starts? this is weird...

Another update, pretty sure the blue/org wire is grounding out somewhere. The fuse does not blow when it grounds, but the car will not start, though. If its grounding out, I assume it means there is an open wire somewhere? Any thoughts on narrowing down where this is occuring? I should I just wrap the wires from the harness to protect them (that seems like a half-assed solution but what do I know).

I figured I would try to trouble shoot by moving the harness around and start by seeing if I can see where the problem occurs and what it is touching when it happens.

my electrical skills are VERY basic so any help is much appreciated.

is there an aftermarket alarm ? or could be the ecu is bad

there arent alot of things on that circuit that can be bad and shorting out

if wiggling the main relay causes the issue just replace it

No aftermarket alarm. Replace the main relay? the main relay clicks even if the car doesn't start it. it seems like it more of if the wires bend a certain way makes it not it start. I'll test that relay and see what happens.
