Default correct timing for crx w/ b16

i recently solved my dizzy dilemma, however, I need to know if anybody know which is the correct timing on dizzy cuz my car seems like running sluggish. Maybe it's that or the fact that i have no sensors running right now any help will do

Unless you guys are using really strange gauges, I see my timing at 16 degrees BTDC w/ the timing-advance gun.
