Default seat fitment

Hey y'all, my driver side seat belt doesn't lock into the receiver on the seat. I've taken it apart and tried messing with it, got it working for a little while, but it has stopped working again so I just want to replace it. But from what I can tell, you have to replace the whole seat, which is fine 'cause its the standard model which means the seats suck anyways. My local yards don't have any of my generation Hondas but I did find a 95ish sedan the other day with some very dirty, but useable seats. Would I need a seat brace to make them work in my 90 hatch or will they bolt up without it?

Take it to a Stealership, Honda will fix seat belts for free because they were sued and LOST some years ago over seat belt problems.

Has anyone confirmed recently that the dealerships still have parts to replace/fix EF seatbelts?
