I have an 03 Honda civic, I replaced the water pump and and belts 18 months ago. 6 months ago I started having these intermittent problems. The car will sometimes start up and run with no problems at all, other times it will crank and crank for 5 up to 10 minutes before it will start. Sometimes it will feel like it is about to start and then it falls on its face. When it's not wanting to start if I keep pumping the gas pedal while cranking it will start up. When the car is having a bad day it will limit rpms around 3000. The past two weeks it has has died while slowing to a stop 4 times. The only code it throws is for the crank shaft position sensor, which I have replaced twice. I have also replaced the camshaft sensor hoping it would fix the problems. Sorry for the long post but I am at a loss since some days it runs just fine. Thanks for any help.
