Okay, so I've got a 98 civic ex with a dx motor swap (idk why) I bought the car with the swap, I've done some work to it to finally have it running decently. I now have an issue with acceleration,either the car is accelerating or it's slowing down. The fuel pedal is very touchy so there is no cruising speed that I can maintain speed with. I've tried adding slack to the throttle cable, I've adjusted the idle adjustment on the throttle body itself, but nothing works so far. It's either accelerating or its slowing down and that's it. The car has been doing this since I bought it. I have changed a few parts to even get it running as good as it is, but still the same issue. Any ideas?
