Default Searching for Honda Pocket tester 2008up software

Hello, sorry for posting this here, but I`m out of options.

I have the Honda DN-01 2008 motorcycle and fighting with unknown problem, which is not described in Service Manual. Probably the first one in the world with AT motorcycle. Here is the video
It is 100% electrical problem, because if I connect the N/D solenoid valve directly to battery, the bike is running. And also because the blinking "_" appears from the key turn on, even without engine/AT working and without any oil pressure.

I can`t switch from N to D and because of this "_" symbol on dashboard. According to service manual it should blink with error code, but it`s just constantly blinking and even preventing TCM re-initialisation.
I`ve replaced the TCM and all wire harness but the problem is still there. Tried to use Healtech scanner from local dealer but it can`t see the proprietary TCM, and only says that engine is fine. My Honda motorcycle local dealer does not have the original scanner
So I`ve bought the Honda Pocket tester because it should be able to detect TCM and linked sensors but it came with very old software (2003) and does not know about my bike existense (2008).

Do you know where I can get or buy the 2008+ software version for Honda Pocket Tester? From Honda IN or somewhere else? I`m ready to pay for it to use legally, if needed. Thanks.
