Eibach Pro Kit VS Neuspeed Sports
hello, i own a 6th gen coupe and i am gonna be dropping my car in about 1 week. I dont want a drastic drop so that i'll scrape everywhere, but i want a moderate drop that will look good with no probs and failure.
I have came down to 2 choices, which are pro kit and sports. Pro kit lowers 1.5" and sports lower a little bit more. (just a little more). I would like to know some feedback on those 2 springs from actual owners of those products. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE POSTING OF PICS WITH THOSE 2 SPRINGS.
I hear that with pro kit, you do NOT need a camber kit. Is that true? what about for Sports? do you guys experience uneven tire wear? How is the ride quality? i would think the pro kit would possess better ride quality but i could be wrong. Any suggestions are appreciated. Suggestions of other springs are appreciated too. Thanks.

I have prokit and
it.
I dont have a camber kit..and i dont think you need it for a 1.5inch drop
just do a four wheels alignment and you be happy.
I dont know about sportline..is about 2 inch drop
you may need a camber kit for sportline..
Cliffnotes: prokit--kinda like a set it and forget it system..

they're both high quality springs but the prokit will not drop your car to give you that look you want. i have neuspeed sport springs and the drop is perfect, a little lower than the prokit but is still high enough for daily driving without scraping at all.
btw, the neuspeed has stiffer springrates so it give you more performance.

hey iam7head, is there any way you can post a picture that clearly shows the drop from the side with fender gaps visible?? ive seen your pics on imagestation but i really cant see the drop so clearly. Oh yea and eibach did NOT lower their price, but there is one site where you can get it for 171 dollars, which is a hell of a deal.

I have the neuspeed sport on my 93 accord. i love them mang. they are truely perfect for a nice mild drop that will not make you all peronid about entrance ramps, bumpy roads, speed bumps ect. It's awsome... now thing about getting them for my hatch
Iv got a 99 and am running H&R sports, which is the same manufacturer as the neuspeed sports, the ride is great , sporty looking drop even with stock rims, they leave about a two finger gap between the top of the tire and the wheel well, however the caster/camber is off just slightly which makes my front tires wear unevenly, iv burned thru two sets allready, IMO if you keep the car properly aligned you can cut tire wear quite a bit but dont worry about getting an alignment done when you have the car droped, wait about three weeks for the springs to settle, also have you considered changing the stock shocks and adding sway bars
they make a bigger difference in the way your ride will handle then springs

Hey, I have sprint springs 1.5" drop and my mechanic told me if anyone sat in the back, i will be rubbing. Is this possible for a 94 Accord 4dr, 4cyl.? I do have 17" rims, but damn, this shouldn't be a problem(that's what I think). Please insert any comments, any appreciated.
hey razor, do you need a camber kit for neuspeed sports springs? is your accord a 6th gen?
nope i dont need a camber kit. i have a 94 accord. just make sure you get an alignment so they can put your caster and toe back to OEM spec.
but just to be safe, i put some washers in the raer and my camer is perfect in the rear but the front is still around -1.2 which is ok, over -1.5 requires a camber kit.
ask them to get you a "spec sheet" or something.
the shop i did the alignment at give me all kind of info
about toe..camber..etc.
and tell them your car is lowered

about the lip..is HDM
home depot special edition..haha
honda doesnt make a lip for 01-02 coupe
nor any aftermarket company
since I am broke and not feeling much to put some "spider 2"
"sailor moon" or "white widow" bodykit so i diy it.
is not drilled on the bumper so you can always take it off
and no stupid glue to put on every week.

No, you shouldn't rub on anything. I have the Pro Kit and it has a 1.2" drop (or something like that) on my 95 Accord EX Sedan 4 cyl and I don't rub when I put people in my back seat. As for the 17" rims, you shouldn't rub because of them but what size tires do you have on them?
I need some help should i get prokit thry have that 1.5 in drop i got right now are 215/50/17R in my 6th gen. accord. TR Motor Rims.
I was just wondering if Prokit is good for my car?

I'd be more concerned about the offset of the rims, everything I've read indicates that +45 offset is optimal for 6th gens, +42 should be fine also... whether you rub or not will really depend on the offset of the 17s.
