can my 2000 Honda accord be driven without #39, 7.5 amp fuse on passenger inside panel

There is no Fuse No. 39 on the passenger interior fuse box. There are only 1 - 16.

It is #13, Im sorry. This the fifth fuse on the right hand side of the passenger inside fuse panel (7.5 amp)
