1996 Honda Accord electrical problems occurred overnight. When I parked the car after returning from work, everything was functioning, I noticed the radiator fan was on which is normal for Texas. The next morning on the way to work I noticed my instruments were not functioning. No tach, no speedo, no temp, no gas, etc. AC would engage. Power windows would not roll down. I stopped to check lights and power locks were functioning properly, head & tail lights plus turn & stop signals were all functioning properly. I have checked all fuses and all in specs. Is there a common circuit the non-working devices are on? Correction: AC wound not engage, but fan and air controls functioned.
