Honda 98 accord coupe 3.0 ltr automatic
all lights come on, engine stops, restart car - no problems. What is going on?? Help!

 

Lots of possibilities, but because of it starting right back up like nothing happened, the Ignition Switch comes to mind. This guy in this video is working on a 97 but shows a pretty good way to make an initial diagnosis of that switch being the issue:
