Hi i have a 1997 honda accord special edition it will not go into park it happened vevy suddenly lights work fine all fluids are good please help

Also when i start it from time to time it make the sound like when its already started an you try to turn the key again please help i am not very good with cars i love my Honda but it is a 1997 so it might be time to get a new one
