Default Jdm conversion

I did the full jdm conversion and had an accident and destroyed my hood. i was wondering if i had to get a japanese hood or if i could just get the usdm hood. Will it fit? I dont really feel like buying another hood its not cheap.

if you "DID' the conversion yourself you should know that yes your stock hood will still fit

will it bolt in, yes. will it latch down. no.

you will need to swap the T-BAR for a usdm version. and then all your front end pieces will be misaligned.

one reason after I did my conversion...i kept my stock front end.

the hood wont even make it that far. The headlights won’t even let the USDM hood meet the filler.

yes that's true. but he didn't say anything about the headlights. he was only asking about the hood.

if the OP were smart he would already know, which he does because he wants to go the cheap route and not buy the correct parts. this being the case then o.o should just look into obtaining a stock hood, bumper, headlights, t-bar, bumper support, bumper lights and call it a day. but it's pretty much gonna cost the same as a replacement jdm sir hood.
