Default Seat belts...what are my options?

So, the seat belts in my 90 Civic Sedan are getting haggard. The webbing is very stiff, which slows/stops retraction without manually helping to feed the belt back in, and the webbing is starting to get frayed enough to concern me, especially on the shoulder belts in the front seat, close to where the belts go into the retractor. What are the options for breathing new life back into my belts?

1. NOS from the dealer - I did this about 13 years ago in an 88 Hatch I had, but last I heard (haven't checked for myself), dealers were out of NOS belts for these older cars. Is this still an option?
2. Find some in a yard - Probably my best bet, but EFs are getting harder to find in the yards...and the belts there will likely be just as old as mine.
3. Aftermarket - I'm not looking to go to a 5-point harness or drill new holes. Is there an OEM replacement out there on the aftermarket?
4. Rebuild - This is what I'm really interested in hearing about. Has anyone out there tried to disassemble the retractors without damaging them? Is it possible to get the old belts out and put new webbing in? Yes, go ahead and come at me with regulations and laws...I want to hear what you may know. I understand that some of the metal may be stamped in place...is there a solution to get it apart and somehow get it back together? I understand even if you could get it apart, you'd have to sew the new webbing onto the buckle.

We're driving older cars now...sooner or later we're going to have to start rebuilding what we have. It makes me sick to think of how much OEM stuff I threw away 16 years ago...

Seat belts are meant to be used once. The retractors, belts, the whole system is technically garbage if it stops you from flying through the windshield one time. They're not meant to be rebuilt/repaired.
Building your own - on one hand, there once was a first seat belt, a first 5 point harness, etc. On the other hand, Years of r&d and a lot of crashes later those "firsts" are nostalgia, aka interesting but obsolete death trap parts.
Transplanting parts - newer part should be better, but not always better in the situation. The belts in a new Civic were designed to protect occupants in that car. Could it be applied to a 27 yr old one? Maybe. Maybe not.
Whatever you do is of little consequence if you don't crash the car.
My 0.02; Maybe is a questionable word.

edit: check with body shops, even your insurance if you have an agent. Belts and bags are the only thing they WONT dispute when someone files a claim.
