Default Crank end worn? Wobbly pulley - fixable?

I recently had a new crank pulley installed as my other one was wobbling, It was fine for a few days, then it started wobbling again - i think the end of the crank where the pulley goes has worn into an oval shape rather than a round shape, so a new pulley doesnt fit flush on it.

Anyone know if theres a quick fix for this, or is it a replacement crank jobby?

thanks
