Default Need Help, need frame parts

Hi, Newbie here, thanks in advance for any help.
I have a '99 and a '00 in the family and I am having a hard time identifying these parts and finding them. They are rusted and I'd like to replace them. Does anyone know what these are and where I can get them?
Thank you.
These are right behind the engine.

The near one doesn't look too bad. The far one certainly looks worse, but is the rust structural, or is it just surface rust? You might be able to get away with pulling them off the car, wire brushing them, spraying them with a rust converter, top-coating them with a chassis and roll-bar paint, and then bolting them back in. I unfortunately don't know what they're called, but you might have luck pulling a set from a junk yard. Otherwise, you can get official Honda part numbers from your local Honda Parts Department and then search ebay or amazon or something with those part numbers.

Thanks @ThisIsMatt. I wonder if the V would be safe to drive without these on while I do that work?

The one looks like it could be pulled, sandblasted, parkerized/painted. Should clean up alright. Ditto on finding a junkyard one for the other. Probably give that one the same treatment as well.

Thanks @NorincoKid, but would the vehicle be safe to drive while these are off getting that treatment?

Safe for you? Probably. Safe for the vehicle? Possibly not. I suspect these are probably added to make the unibody more rigid. If you drive without these the unibody may flex to the point where when you try to bolt the brackets back in the holes may not line up quite right, and you definitely don't want to cross-thread these bolts forcing them back in.

Thanks, so what are these called? I'll start looking for these, but I don't know what they're called.

I found that diagram on Hondazoneparts.com. Based on that I think you're looking for 49 and 50 which are called Support A and Support B Outriggers. Part numbers are 74116-S10-A00 and 74117-S10-A00.
