As the question states; this is for the b16 vtec del sol. I can not find in reading, if it's a 2.0" or 2.5", or something different. If someone would share this info or point me in the correct direction. Thank you in advance.

 

Its probably just a factory replacement.

 

The Bosal is definitely a factory fit, problem is I can not find out if inner diameter is 2.25 or 2.5", or a similar(Walker) fit for this one (b16). I really do not want the eBay exhaust pipe with the giant muffler and it's 4" tip, oye!!!! Those pipes may state DOHC, but after reading deep into the product description it specifically states not for DOHC. I read del sol is the black horse of shift linkages and exhaust, now I'm starting to see why after hours of reading on the subject.

Factory exhaust is definitely smaller than 2.25 or 2.50. Its probably a hair under 2.0 inner diameter.

 

Exhaust differences for 96-97 Del Sols?

What year is your Del Sol? The Bosal website doesn't have listings for the 96 or 97 DOHC VTEC models (B16A2) but it does have listings for the B16A3. Bosal Catalog

The only difference should be Oxygen sensor placement. I don't see why the diameter would change.
