Tips on removing fusebox connectors
I'm having trouble removing fusebox connectors on the under dash fusebox on my honda civic 2001 ex. (I'm replacing my fusebox)
I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with removing these clips and if there are any tips you guys want to share....
Are there any special tools to remove these connectors? Does lube help in removing these connectors? My hands are completely shot.

Fixed:
With the use of a small flathead screwdriver I was able to loosen the connectors and then pull them out with ease. I figured this out a while back but I just couldn't live with not posting my solution. It was really irking me. I know this isn't rocket science but it might help someone out there in the future.
I Installed a fusebox for a honda civic DX which I got from the junkyard, turns out the power windows didn't work, and moonroof. I couldn't even put the car in drive...so I'm still waiting for another fusebox to get here, hopefully I'll be able to fix this soon. I expect this to remove the brake light on the dashboard, my powerlocks, my a/c, my abs system, (dome light on when doors open, and beeping when key in the ignition) , the intermittent wiper speed. and that's about it. I don't know if it'll fix it all but I've read other threads and it seems that replacing the multiplex control unit will solve all of this...I wish I could have bought a new one, but they're a little pricey (fingers crossed in hopes that this MCU isn't damaged)
stay tuned...
