New to the forum; Old Honda CRV owner - Start Up Issues
Hello All,
Similar to people, the older cars get, the more "doctors" visits they require. My CRV has required new struts, tires, a battery, and new headlights in the past year. Now it has developed a starting issue. I've had the battery and alternator checked and they both pass. I've read a few posts on starters and solenoids but not a lot of follow-up and follow through so I'm still under informed. I've watched YouTubes on replacing the starter but am not sure if I should jump to that step. Over the months it's taken more than a few turns to get my car to start. It "sounds" like is going to then suddenly dies or doesn't make a sound when I turn the key. What are you all's thoughts on that? Thank you in advance.
