Default 96-00 civic suspension system

My 99 Civic Si is riding mad harsh on the road. I feel like everytime i go over a hump or a fissure on the road my car feel like it's riding on rocks. It sucks! I think it's about it's about time for me to replaced ball joints, tie rods and bushings. And i was wondering, is all Civic suspension the same? Can i replaced those parts by getting something like this? http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pc-Suspens...JY95mL&vxp=mtr

Find exactly what needs to be replaced and try to use genuine Honda parts as much as possible. Bernardiparts is a good website to use for OEM stuff.

Install properly (clock all the bushings). Read a Honda Factory service manual for help.

Ball joints, or struts are about the only things that will make that car have more than average harshness. If you suspect ball joints, they will be very stiff, and dry.
