Default Switching from OBD2B to OBD1: Not sure if I know what I'm doing.

Hi I have a 2000 Honda Civic si I'm trying to switch it from ob2 to ob1 but i bought a wire harness and computer and I pulled it all up but my vtec and rpms won't work I don't know what to do

I don't think you're showing which OBD1 system you have, based upon your typing. (OBD1(1991.5-1995), OBD2A(1996-1998), or OBD2B (99-2001)
Which "computer" are you referring to? OEM? An aftermarket company? Please show a photo of what you have, and the side of the ECU with it's numbers. This will all help you in the end. Otherwise, we can't answer your question.
