I come from a land down under to learn how this Honda stuff works, I'm intending on building the best Maternity Ward Runner for when my future wife falls pregnant and I have to rush her to the E.R.
I'll admit, a Honda wasn't my first choice, but I'm too poor to get anything else.
I guess I'll just run through what I've had previously
2000 Nissan Silvia S15
Toyota Cressida
Toyota Surf
Toyota Landcruiser (2010 VDJ76)
BMW E39 M5
Nissan Silvia S13 ( x 3 )
So, because I've owned the above I'm pretty poor and I've got quite a bit of debt to pay off, but that's not going to stop me from having fun.
I got this really shitty ED Sedan for $1200 (some would say I've paid too much).
Here's my issues with it
- Springs are cut
- Shocks are shot due to the above
- It doesn't idle very well, at all, Auto life...
- As above, it's Auto
- It has a steering wheel from the AutoSalon Days
- It has Bald tyres
Positives
- It's slightly cute
- It runs
- It puts a smile on my face
So my plan was get new tyres and be done... So I decided to buy a set of Js Racing coilovers instead, until I can find some Tyres, and possibly wheels...
There was a really nice set of Rays 57f (I think) in bronze and 16x7 but they sold, so the hunt begins...
Stuff to acquire and do in no particular order
Burn Civic
Disk Rear
Manual
B16/18
Reshell once crashed.
Long story short, hi I bought a Honda and I want to learn how to do this, and I love it, even though it's ****.
that list of cars youve had tells me alot about the kind of person you are or were
the kind that cares way to much about what your friends think but its okay we all go thou that part of life
having a ef civic is like nothing else
you have to work on it yourself to really fall in love with these cars
there great i wouldnt want to drive anything else on a daily
that car you got is not **** it looks like its in good shape
id drive it around as is and then slowly start replacing parts that need replaced and just enjoy the hell out of it
you bought a japanese classic congrats ^_^
why are you looking for wheels when theres already a nice set on the car?
