Wow. Quite the cost when you add it all up like that...

BTW, you'll find that all the little gaskets and minor parts you need will add quite a bit to that too.

Heh, you won't be screaming past my Dohc Good luck with your build, though!

nice work
good luck with ur setup..
remember that for a high reving engine u dont need only head work....
remember the redline its the highest rpms that the crank can winstands... u might wanna make sure u help the block also....and get some sort of fuel management fix somewhere.. remember that on D series teh fuel maps go a lil crazy after 7600 bc of inyectors open/close intervals and injection....

Thanks JDM EF9... I have a balanced blueprinted block from king motorsports...not sure if its still good or not...have to take it apart and find out I was looking into a new fuel pump, and I need the fuel rail from a y8 also.. TorteX said that replacing the fuel pump on our cars is a beyotch...so Im not sure about that yet.

he has a Y8.. his compression will be too high, wich will be bringing him maybe to some knocking.... he migh wanna stay a lil away since he hasnt yet built the fuel system yet

Well the whole engine is going to be built 'out of car' and its not going in until its bulletproof. Its going to be near 12:1 comp anyway, the head will be milled, and Ill be using zc pistons.
