Default No power after gear changes (momentarily)

Car drives fine but SOMETIMES when I change gears from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th immediately after there is no power. This power loss is momentarily and lasts for approximately one second, then it just comes back on and works normal. So I will be pressing the gas pedal but no response during this one second period. However the car does not stall or idle low it idles at normal speed during the power loss.Like i said it does not happen all the time. Its a 94 accord jdm H22a with a 5 speed. Any help would be appreciated.

Check for loose or damaged wires, wire connectors, corrosion at the pins.

Since it happens between/after a shift I would suspect it is a wire that is making intermittent contact. It makes when accelerating/loading but when you clutch in the engine unloads and rocks back, breaking the connection until it makes again and then power is restored.

If you did any wire splicing recheck those connections. Also recheck you main grounds and bonding jumpers to the engine.

Thanks a lot noticed that my ground connection was slack. Re-tightened it and it works normal now.
