Default SOHC Vtec swap w/pr3 ECU

ive got a 98 d16y8 im swapping into my 90 crx si. I was told I could use the pr3 or the pw0 from the b16. will this work? will i have any problems?

I have heard of people using PR3's to run their d-series vtec swaps. I remember reading somewhere that the automatic PR3's were better suited to running the d-series motors, maybe because they don't have as an aggressive fuel and ignition maps or something. Anyone else have insight, I'm going to be dropping a mini-me into a ef hatch soon, and I'd like some ideas.

u might be getting codes.. since u wont be having second O2's, stuff like that... but hey i might be wrong.... lets someone with more xperience talk...

Yeah, I guess you'd have to find one of those B16 ecus that utilize only one 02 sensor, but I don't think that they woulod be well suited to the sohc vtec. Use either Zdyne, or P28 ecu.
