Yes!

Without knowing what engine you have in your car, as they had different engine and transmission combinations in different countries, I'm going to say yes. As Honda made most of the Accord AT & MT transmissions are interchangeable between 90-02 USDM. Not 100% about Vietnam.

yes, no problem, you just change the driver side mount to the prelude mount and bracket and it will be plug and play

also, use the 97-01 prelude power steering bracket to keep power steering

And your ECU/TCU (transmission control unit) will probably throw a few codes after you remove the automatic transmission. If you can find a 1994-1995 ECU/TCU for a 5spd F22B1 Accord that would work as well.

my bad, I thought you were swapping in an h22a engine as well...the tranny will likely have the studs in a different slot, you will need to either move the studs over on the t2w4 or have to drill holes to accommodate the studs. you also might need to extend the speed sensor wiring for the new tranny, but it will mount and run just fine

like Ghost said, you just need the 94 or 95 year f22b1 MT ecu after doing the AT to MT swap
