Electrical issue

When I turn key nothing happens no dash light nothin battery light stays on all fuses under hood are good and battery is new head lights work horn works hazards work please help

well id start with your ground wires in the engine bay
take them off clean them and make sure there makeing ground
you need to have at bare minimum at least two

I'd check for 12v at the fuse box. Definitely grounds.

All the things you mentioned that work don't require key-on.
More specifically, what do you mean "nothing happens", if the battery light stays than something happened.
