I have a 98+ Integra front bumper that has never been painted from Honda and has a few minor scratches nothing the body shop who is going to paint your bumper will take care of. Here are the pics

I have exactly what you need including an ITR front lip. THis was going onto my car for my first accident, by I got into a second accident where my car may be totaled. If it is totaled, I can sell you all the parts. They aren't milano red however. I have the lights (off a 01 ITR), bumper with lights(adrianic blue), passenger fender (PY from a 01 itr), and a taffeta white ITR front lip. My car is going to be inspected on wendsday, So I can tell you then if I need them or not.
