Removing AC and PS
Devsport PS Loop for the PS delete, AC you just need to have the freon vacuumed out at a shop, then pull off the compressor, belt, condenser, all the lines, evap, dryer, etc...

A proper manual rack is the best idea if no PS is a must. Looping the lines on a hydraulic rack makes the steering real heavy. At least at slow speed but even at high speed it kinda sucks. As for the AC... Just grab a ratchet and unbolt it. Assuming the system is discharged.
