Default Back tire wear, wheel positioning and bearing issues - Drive By Post

Sorry not a car guy. Have a 4dr Honda Civic 2007. In the shop for third time over 5 years with wheel bearing issues and what look to maybe be alignment issues. If you have thoughts they would be greatly appreciated.

1) Third time bearings in the right back week have gone bad. Happens about ever two years. What starts off as a hum, turns into a roar after a while (as we ignore it until it started worrying us). Any ideas what would cause this one while to have this problem. Could it be something to do with #2 below?. Bearings on the other wheels seem to be fine.
2) When guy put it up on the lift back tires were really worn down on the insides. This is on both back wheels. One observation looking at it on the lift is the back tires did not alight up with the front tires. Maybe this is normal but actually looked like the driver back tire which had the most wear was slightly further off than the passenger back. Which I had a picture but if you look at the back tire towards the front they are not in line by about 3/4 a tire width. Again driver back vs passenger back don't also look the same distance off. Finally the tires look like they may be askew a little too which explains the wear. When I say askew I'm meaning looking at back of tire from back of car tire tilts in on the top slightly. This is on both back tires. The new mechanic I'm going to was not familiar enough with Honda to know if there were adjustments that could be made and would have to look into it. At this point they are looking to put it on the alignment machine to see whee it is at.

I'm not going to be a regular person on here but I would hope someone might throw some knowledge my way. Thanks!

1) Replaced my rear bearings 2-3 times already in 12 years.

2) Are you referring to camber?
