Default No A/C after replacing resistor and blower.

1994 Accord EX. Girlfriends car, she's an hour away. A/C was working but only on HI fan. Then the blower motor started to squeal. Replaced both parts successfuly but now the compressor is not kicking in so no cool air. Checked fuse and anything related in fuse box under hood, all ok. Read where there is a relay on driver side of engine but have not tried that yet. Also haven't checked level of Freon yet as she said it was cold before changing the parts. Little knowledge of how to run an electrical problem down, so working with the basics as the car is not always accessible.

Could either of the replacement parts have caused this? How likely is it she ran out of Freon by having fan on HI?

does the new blower turn on ? if not, check all your fuses, in the engine bay and the driver side kickboard

Yes, the blower turns on, works fine. Checked all fuses, they are fine. Did not check the relay, which I'm not sure where it is. Light turns in when the A/C button is pushed.

Perhaps the sound was the refrigerant leaking out. Check for continuity at the ac pressure switch. No continuity means there is a leak.

No it was the blower. Mentioned condenser in post but meant the compressor is not kicking in.
