Default Creaking/ squeaking noise from front right suspension

I have a 93 Honda Civic Dx. Lately ive been hearing a loud creaking/ squeaking sound that has been getting worse the last few days. I hear it the most going slow turning right however i do hear it going completely straight at different speeds and turning left as well, i also hear it just by pushing down on that side of the car. When i had the car jacked up, i couldnt replicate the noise at all. If anyone knows whats causing this and how serious it is let me know please thanks!

I just had a very similar issue, and it was the two bolts holding the upper control arm to the chassis that were loose and the bushing were creaking as they moved around.

I recommend you jack up the front right and push/pull on the wheel in different directions to replicate the sound, and look for movement or where the sound is coming from. Grab onto the control arms and tie rod and try moving them around too.
