Engine noise like a slinky ~2200 rpm
I deleted the video.
It turns out that the power steering fluid was low in the reservoir, and it went away once I added fluid to the proper level.
This only happened when taking hairpin turns while accelerating up a mountain road at 2200-2600 rpm.
